The Chronicle of Higher Education is available to any Edgewood faculty, student or staff member.
From Off Campus
If you are off-campus, you will be asked to verify your Edgewood username and password. See connecting from off-campus for details.
Current faculty, staff, and students have access to the Chronicle's free email newsletters. These include the popular "Academe Today," "The Weekly Briefing," and others. For more info about The Chronicle's email newsletters, and to subscribe, go to this link: http://www.chronicle.com/page/Newsletters/621
To sign up, you first need to create a free account. Unfortunately, because of restrictions on The Chronicle website, you must be on-campus in order to create your free account. In addition, links to the full articles that are sent in the emails may not work if you are off-campus. However, you can view those articles from off-campus by accessing The Chronicle through the library website, as described above.
The Chronicle also has several RSS feeds available. They are listed on The Chronicle's site map: http://chronicle.com/sitemap
As with the email newsletters, links in the RSS feeds from The Chronicle will not work if you are off-campus. But you can view those articles from off-campus by accessing The Chronicle through the library website, as described above.
